About us

An executive who builds systems, not slide decks.

HopeWell Intelligent Systems is led by a multidisciplinary executive whose work spans nonprofit leadership, program design, operations, training, and organizational strategy. That background shapes every engagement: AI is treated as a capacity question first and a technology question second.

HIS. You and your initiatives are uniquely designed for greatness; likened to HIS.

Mission

Helping nonprofits and small businesses use AI to increase capacity, strengthen systems, and scale impact responsibly.

Vision

A future where every mission-driven organization can access and implement AI ethically, equitably, and effectively.

The overview film

How intelligence moves through an organization.

A narrated motion piece that walks through the four practices in sequence: Alignment, Architecture, Adoption, and Accountability. Ideal for boards, staff, and funders before a strategy conversation begins.

Her background

The path that led to this practice.

A leader shaped by service

Her career began inside mission-driven organizations, close enough to the work to see what actually breaks: staff carrying three roles, systems held together by memory, and leaders asked to prove impact with tools built for someone else's budget. That vantage point became the foundation of her executive practice.

Multidisciplinary by design

Nonprofit leadership, program design, operations, research, training, and legal study sit side by side in her background. She moves comfortably between a board conversation, a funder report, a workflow diagram, and a staff training room, and that range is what allows an AI engagement to touch strategy and daily practice at the same time.

Law school taught her how to write, and how to think

Clarity, brevity, simplicity, and humanity became her working philosophy. Complex ideas are not made credible by complicated language. Every framework, policy, and training she produces is written to be understood by the person who has to use it on a Monday morning.

Why she founded H.I.S.

She watched AI arrive as noise: vendor promises, staff anxiety, and no plan. HopeWell Intelligent Systems exists to replace that noise with a pathway, so organizations adopt intelligent systems on their own terms, with ethics and equity built in rather than added later. This is a strategy and capacity practice, not a grant-writing service.

How she works with leaders

Engagements begin with listening: mission, capacity, obligations, and risk. From there the work becomes concrete, an assessment, a roadmap, documented workflows, a governance policy, and training that leaves the team more capable than the day before. She stays until the practice holds without her.
